We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. You will build high-performing strategies, mentor sales representatives, and actively manage pipeline performance to hit aggressive targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group quotas.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and gain key accounts.
- Monitor sales pipelines, CRM activity, and track performance metrics.
- Coach team members through complex negotiations and high-value deal closures.

- Education: Masters in business administration or masters related on sales field is required
