What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.

Manage customer and internal entitlement-related queries, ensuring timely investigation, analysis, and resolution of product, support, service, subscription, and warranty entitlement issues.

Perform entitlement analysis by reviewing contracts, service agreements, order history, install base records, and system data to validate entitlement eligibility and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Licensing, Service Delivery, and Business Operations teams to resolve entitlement discrepancies and improve entitlement accuracy.

Identify recurring entitlement issues, analyze root causes, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Ensure data integrity across CRM, entitlement, and order management systems through accurate transaction processing and governance controls.

Support revenue recognition, compliance, audit, and business policy requirements.

Monitor transaction queues, identify operational risks, and proactively drive issue resolution to minimize customer impact.

Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, entitlement trends, and business metrics to support decision-making and performance management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process simplification, automation, productivity, and customer experience enhancement.

Act as a point of contact for escalations and provide guidance to junior team members on process execution and best practices.

Contribute to knowledge management, training, and operational readiness activities for new programs, tools, and process enhancements.

Understanding of entitlement management processes, service contracts, warranties, subscriptions, software licensing, and install base management.

Strong analytical skills to investigate entitlement discrepancies and perform root cause analysis across multiple systems and data sources.

This will better reflect the current Aruba operational model where the team supports both sales transaction processing and entitlement management activities.
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
- High school or equivalent secondary education certification required

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Typically, 2 - 4 years' experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong data management and quality control skills, with the ability to review, validate, and maintain accurate business documentation and transactional data.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.

Experience working with CRM, order management, quoting, entitlement, and sales operations systems, including reporting, analytics, and data management activities.

Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (OTC), order management processes, system configurations, and documentation requirements.

Knowledge of entitlement management, service contracts, warranties, subscriptions, and install base validation processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate transaction and entitlement discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Professional fluency in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.

Ability to manage escalations, influence stakeholders, and negotiate solutions in a dynamic business environment.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence, process compliance, and customer experience.

Experience creating and interpreting operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.

Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
