WEC is looking for dedicated Retail Sales Associates to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Retail Sales Associate will assist with sales, customer service, and daily retail tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance. To be successful as a Retail Sales Associate you should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist with the sales of our store’s products with focus on maximizing sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience from entrance to exit.
- Resolve customer complaints or direct them to a Supervisor as needed.
- Stock shelves, maintain inventory, set up and maintain displays, ring up merchandise sales, and perform cleaning duties.
- Support team members and work collaboratively to achieve department goals.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to the store and retail-wide policies.
- Complete and fulfill customer orders placed over the phone and online promptly and accurately.
- Follow the established chain of command by respecting and communicating appropriately according to seniority levels.

Physical Requirements:
- Associate may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible work hours including weekend availability.
- Patience to work with children both young and old.
