Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage construction contracts and agreements
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms, legal requirements, and payment schedules
- Handle project billing, certifications, and invoicing as per progress/milestones
- Track project costs, budgets, and variations
- Coordinate with site, finance, contractors, and vendors
- Manage variations, claims, and resolve billing/contractual disputes
- Maintain contract documentation and support audits
- Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, and management reports
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Quantity Surveying
- 10-12 years of experience in contracts & billing within real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
- Proficient in MS Excel and project/ERP tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
