■ Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
- Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations during food handling and preparation.
■ Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Japanese restaurant.
- Familiarity with SpotOn systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide outstanding guest relations.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.

Pay: $16.90 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
