We have 21 store locations around the country and expanding, we need managers to help us grow. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to foster a passionate and caring team.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales management, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Implement marketing initiatives, promotional activities, outreach and grass roots marketing to increase foot traffic and develop B to B business.
- Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Enforce safety protocols, POS system procedures, and compliance with company policies to uphold operational standards.
- Proven management experience in retail or picture framing environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across various duties such as inventory management, training, cashiering, and staff scheduling.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail software applications.
- Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives to motivate team members toward shared goals.
- Sound knowledge of store merchandising, stock replenishment, marketing tactics, and inventory control techniques.
- Ability to manage time effectively while overseeing shift operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows. Pay: $75,000.00 - $98,800.00 per year
