Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver colleague engagement and communications plans across multiple channels, aligned to business and people priorities.
- Manage employee engagement campaigns, events and annual engagement activity, selecting appropriate channels and delivery approaches.

- Support employee listening activity and action planning, helping translate colleague feedback into practical improvements.
- Deliver targeted employee lifecycle and experience improvement initiatives across key moments that matter.
- Produce communications and engagement support for priority organisational programmes and business initiatives.

- Build strong relationships across the business and work closely with Internal Communications, Strategic People Partners and People Services.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Strong experience in employee engagement, internal communications, colleague experience or a related discipline.
- Excellent written communication and content development skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel engagement campaigns and organisational communications.
- Ability to use employee feedback, engagement measures and communications data to evaluate effectiveness and improve activity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across functions and with senior stakeholders.
