Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall business operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee production, sales, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with departments, clients, vendors, and management.
- Manage manpower, procurement, inventory, and contractors.
- Ensure SOP, quality, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
- Prepare MIS, KPI, and management reports.
- Monitor action plans, follow-ups, and pending tasks.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Drive cost reduction, productivity, and business growth.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 10 years (Required)
