Duties
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring each customer feels valued and heard
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details using strong computer literacy and technical proficiency
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining precise records in spreadsheets and customer databases such as QuickBooks or other productivity software
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining a tidy office environment
- Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing client files to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes, improve productivity, and enhance overall customer support experience
Experience
- Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and familiarity with administrative tasks
- Proven customer service background with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with proficiency in spreadsheets and calendar management tools
- Technical proficiency in office management software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with front desk operations, data entry procedures, and phone communication best practices
