Company Description
Real Property Solvers LLC is a Florida-based real estate wholesaling company focused on acquiring off-market properties and facilitating efficient, compliant closings across multiple markets. Our team operates fully remote, coordinating with sellers, title partners, JV partners, and closing agents to move deals from executed contract to close with precision and speed. We run a high-volume pipeline and hold our operations to a clear SOP framework — communication is tight, deadlines are non-negotiable, and every file is handled with the attention it takes to protect both the seller relationship and the deal.
Role Description
The Transaction Coordinator manages the full administrative lifecycle of each deal from the moment a Purchase and Sale Agreement executes through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating complete intake packages for each new file, calculating critical dates and inspection period clocks, drafting title-opening communications, maintaining accurate records in REsimpli CRM, and coordinating directly with title companies. The TC maintains warm, professional communication with sellers while keeping all deal-structure mechanics internal. This role operates within a defined SOP framework and escalates compliance-sensitive decisions — including Effective Date overrides, FinCEN triggers, novation clause questions, and JV file submissions — to the appropriate founder before taking action. The right candidate executes independently, produces deliverables that are ready to send without structural decisions left open, and flags anomalies before they become problems.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing real estate transaction files from contract to close — wholesaling, assignment, or novation experience is a strong differentiator
- Working knowledge of title and escrow processes, including coordination with title companies and interpreting executed PSAs for date-calculation purposes
- Proficiency with CRM and transaction management platforms; REsimpli experience preferred
- Strong written communication skills — seller-facing emails must be warm, jargon-free, and professionally representative of the company brand
- Exceptional attention to detail: missing contact data, unsigned disclosures, and deadline gaps must be caught at intake, not at closing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple active files simultaneously without hand-holding
- Comfort operating within a clear authority structure — knowing what to act on, what to flag, and who owns what
- Real estate, business, or paralegal experience is a plus
- Excellent English communication is required

Application Question(s):
- Walk me through how you calculate an inspection period deadline from an executed Purchase and Sale Agreement. What information do you need, and where do you get it?
- You're managing five active files. On one of them, you realize the seller's email address in the contract doesn't match what's in the CRM, and you need to send a time-sensitive disclosure. What do you do?
- Describe the last transaction management software or CRM you used daily. What did you track in it and how did you keep it current?
- Tell me about a time a deadline was about to be missed on a file you were managing. What happened, what did you do, and what was the outcome?
- A listing agent emails you directly asking for an update on closing timeline and whether the seller is still committed. How do you respond?
- What is your desired pay?
