Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AEM Tower Lead to lead the design, development, governance, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions supporting enterprise digital experience, customer engagement, personalization, and self-service initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining the AEM implementation strategy while actively participating in architecture, development, integrations, and technical delivery. The role will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Customer Experience, Product, Adobe CDP, Data, and Integration teams to deliver scalable customer-facing experiences across web and mobile channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in AEM with solution leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Governance
- Lead the AEM delivery tower across architecture, development, and environment management
- Define AEM development standards, best practices, and governance processes
- Provide technical leadership across all AEM-related initiatives
- Collaborate with business, UX, product, architecture, and delivery teams to align solutions with customer and business objectives
- Review technical designs and ensure consistency across releases
Solution Architecture
- Design scalable AEM solutions supporting personalization, self-service, forms, and customer engagement use cases
- Define content architecture, component strategy, template strategy, and experience framework

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,751 - $165,984 CAD.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
