We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for our apartment community Burano Hunter's Creek in Orlando, FL.

You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job, including a target bonus opportunity

What You Will Do

-
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team

-
Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment turns, inventory management, and vendor relationships

Ensure work orders are completed efficiently and to company standards

-
Partner with community leadership to identify maintenance priorities, capital needs, and asset preservation initiatives

-
Manage maintenance budgets and expenses while maintaining exceptional quality and resident satisfaction

-
Maintain compliance with AIR Communities operating standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulations

-
Promote a culture of accountability, customer service, and operational excellence

-
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient maintenance operation that supports long-term property performance

Qualifications

What You Have

-
3+ years of maintenance and facilities management experience within multifamily housing or a related industry

-
Previous experience leading and developing maintenance teams

-
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, preventive maintenance programs, and general building operations

-
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and maintenance operations

-
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

-
Reliable transportation

-
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed

-
Ability to perform physical job duties and move equipment as required

-
Ability to read, write, and speak English

What You Need to Know
