Position Overview
We are seeking friendly, professional and motivated Front of House / Bar Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with restaurant operations and ensure guests receive a welcoming, professional and memorable dining experience.
This role involves both front-of-house service and bar duties, with a strong focus on attention to detail, teamwork, product knowledge and maintaining the standards of the venue.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus and relevant information.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, cocktails and other beverages.
- Ensure guests are looked after throughout their dining experience.
- Check guest satisfaction appropriately and professionally.
- Respond to guest requests, questions and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Bar Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to venue standards.
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, coffee and other beverages as required.
- Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, including wines and cocktails.
- Ensure correct glassware and presentation for all beverages.
- Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and advise management when supplies need replenishing.
- Complete bar opening, closing and cleaning duties.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue procedures.
Restaurant Operations
- Set up tables and the restaurant before service.
- Maintain clean and organised dining areas throughout service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests correctly and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar and management team.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Customer Experience Standards
All team members are expected to:

- Food safety knowledge.
- Experience working in a premium hospitality environment.

Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding venue operations, guests, staff and business information and to conduct themselves professionally both during and outside of working hours where their conduct may affect the reputation of the venue.
Pay: $26.44 – $44.88 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
