What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a Associate Digital Project Manager to join the Merchandise and Accessories team in EMEA and focus on our ecommerce operation. The team is focused on driving business growth and profitability by running a lean, sustainable and efficient operation with a compelling and engaging product range.
Within this role you will be focusing on maintaining the EMEA Shop.Tesla catalogues via our in-house developed backend system and optimizing the customer shopping experience, making sure the customer experience is top notch at all times.
What You'll Do

Resolve issues that arise from the ordering process and function as the main internal point of contact for other teams

Work together with the e-commerce support team to solve problems and conduct root cause analysis

Identify recurring issues and translate these into process, system, and/or product improvements

Lead the launch of products on Shop.Tesla by making sure all required information is collected, delivered on time, and correctly entered in all necessary systems to ensure a successful launch

Ensure all product information on Shop.Tesla is up to date at all times for all markets by making all adjustments to product titles, product descriptions, and product pricing

Continuously optimize the Shop.Tesla home and category pages to ensure the highest conversion rate possible

Maintain product availability online by managing inventory to ensure our customers can always order all products

Report progress on a weekly basis on issues that occurred, identified improvements, changes made, and product availability using data
What You'll Bring

Experience in an operations or process-oriented role

Background in supply chain, logistics, or business administration preferred

Ability to prioritize and move work forward against launch and inventory timelines

Strong organization, with accurate tracking of catalogue, inventory, and launch data

Comfort learning new tools and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English for day-to-day work with cross-market catalogue, logistics, and internal stakeholders
