About the Opportunity
A leading enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Python AI/ML Data Engineer to join its technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and cloud-based data platforms, with the ability to build scalable and reliable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions using Python.
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
- Develop data processing applications using Python, Pandas, PySpark, and SQL.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and business teams.
- Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Work with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering technologies.
- Support production deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data modeling.
- Experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts.
- Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, or RAG is highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with databases, data warehouses, and distributed data processing.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and software development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
