We are hiring Entry-Level Call Center Representatives to join our Charlotte team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and individuals looking to build professional customer service experience.
If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences, this could be a great opportunity to develop your communication and customer service skills.
No previous call center experience is required. Training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers by phone and assist with questions or service needs
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate information
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Follow established customer service procedures and communication guidelines
- Work with team members to support daily customer service goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
