RITZ is a Singapore-based apple strudel bakery business, known for our signature apple strudel and bakery offerings across multiple outlets. We're looking for a hands-on, driven Area Supervisor to oversee outlet operations and drive performance across our retail locations.
Job Summary
The Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple RITZ outlets, ensuring consistent product quality, service standards, and profitability. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage outlet teams, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple RITZ outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient running of each location
- Monitor and ensure consistent product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards across outlets
- Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage manpower scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels across outlets
- Track outlet sales performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to achieve targets
- Conduct regular outlet visits and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, cleanliness, and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control across assigned outlets
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of outlet staff
- Liaise with HQ (marketing, HR, operations) to implement company initiatives and promotions
- Prepare operational reports for management review
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B, retail, or bakery operations
- Prior experience managing multiple outlets/locations preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to travel between outlets across Singapore
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / POS systems
- Willing to work on weekends/public holidays as needed (retail hours)
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
Experience:
- Area Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Class 2 Driving Licence (Preferred)
