Marketing Assistant – Wise Sneakers

Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager across the full range of our marketing efforts, with a strong focus on TikTok video content creation. You'll be on camera creating daily content, but you'll also help plan promotions, keep our content calendar on track, coordinate sales campaigns, and produce promotional materials across our channels. This role is great for someone who's comfortable both creating content and handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a marketing team running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create and post multiple TikTok videos per week/day featuring Wise Sneakers products
- Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant
- Produce high-quality short-form video and photo content for TikTok, TikTok Shop, and other marketing channels
Marketing Support
- Assist the Marketing Manager with scheduling and maintaining the content calendar across platforms
- Help plan and coordinate sales, promotions, and product launches with fulfillment and leadership teams
- Create promotional assets (graphics, captions, product descriptions, etc.) to support sales events and campaigns
- Support affiliate creator recruitment, communication, and performance tracking
- Monitor content and campaign performance metrics, and help identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of TikTok content creation and current trends
- Comfortable on camera for short-form content
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and social selling dynamics
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks/deadlines (content calendars, promo timelines, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills for promotional copy and creator/affiliate communication
- Self-starter with creativity, energy, and a results-driven mindset
- Prior marketing, social media, or e-commerce experience a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
