Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst - Order to Cash (O2C) with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Order Management and Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design and configure Oracle Cloud solutions, and drive end-to-end O2C process improvements.
This role focuses on analyzing business needs, translating requirements into functional solutions, configuring Oracle Cloud applications, supporting system implementations, and ensuring seamless order processing from order capture through fulfillment, invoicing, and returns. The individual will play a key role in testing, data migration, user training, release management, and continuous process optimization across the O2C landscape.
Job Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in Oracle ERP functional roles, including at least 4 years working with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Fulfillment, Pricing, Inventory Management, Shipping/Logistics, Receivables, Global Order Promising (GOP), and related O2C modules.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order capture, order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, returns, pricing, and customer order lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud applications using Functional Setup Manager (FSM), Order Management Orchestration, Pricing Administration, Holds Management, Fulfillment Policies, and Shipping Execution.
- Knowledge of O2C integrations across Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Shipping, Receivables, and Finance modules.
- Experience supporting data migration activities and FBDI-based data conversions for orders, items, pricing, and customer data.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design documentation, testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and user training.
- Understanding of Oracle quarterly release management, impact assessments, and feature adoption.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical developers in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud Order Management and related O2C modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Support integrations, reports, extensions, and customisation requirements in partnership with technical teams.
- Execute and support SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities.
- Assist with data conversion, migration validation, and system implementation activities.
- Review Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess business impact.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting, including significant exposure to Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
