You will act as the principal liaison for all IT and communications systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation during worldwide, multi-echelon Warfighter Exercises (WFX).
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Systems Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of MCTP. Your role will be crucial for enabling the training audience—Army Service Component Commands, Corps, Divisions, and Brigades—to effectively conduct unified land operations.
Key Responsibilities include

-
Cybersecurity and information assurance: Enforce Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DA) information assurance (IA) policies. Maintain system compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including applying security patches (IAVAs) and managing security authorization processes.
-
Knowledge management: Oversee the development and management of tools and processes for effective knowledge and information sharing across the staff and with subordinate units during exercises. Manage the flow of commander's critical information requirements (CCIR).
-
Equipment and asset management: Coordinate the lifecycle management, procurement, and deployment of IT hardware and software, ensuring training assets are available and maintained.
