Position: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle event operations, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth coordination.
- Assist in event setup, materials, and operational requirements.
- Support event budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Handle and resolve on-ground issues to ensure successful event execution.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Event Operations / Event Management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of event logistics and budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation tools.
- Strong follow-up and task-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work on-ground as required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
