Kredit Info Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Appraiser to join our team in Cebu. The Appraiser will be responsible for conducting accurate property and asset assessments, gathering relevant information, and preparing appraisal reports to support sound credit and lending decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections and appraisals of properties and other assets.
- Evaluate the condition, location, marketability, and estimated value of properties.
- Gather and verify relevant property documents, market data, and comparable information.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive appraisal reports within established timelines.
- Ensure appraisal findings comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, borrowers, field personnel, and internal teams as needed.
- Monitor local property market trends and maintain updated knowledge of market values.
- Identify potential discrepancies, risks, or issues affecting property valuation.
- Maintain organized and complete appraisal records and documentation.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in property appraisal, real estate valuation, credit investigation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Cebu's real estate market and surrounding areas is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to make objective assessments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools for documentation and reporting.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within Cebu and nearby areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- PRC license/certification or relevant appraisal credentials are an advantage, where applicable.
