Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architectural design and strategic technology initiatives across our Finance, People & Culture (P&C), Legal, Procurement, and Facility Management domains. The role is responsible for defining and implementing enterprise architecture solutions that support financial operations, HR processes, legal compliance, procurement activities, and facility operations across the organization,
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy

Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards across Finance, P&C, Legal, Procurement, and Facility Management systems

Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, financial objectives, HR transformation, legal compliance, procurement optimization, and facility operations

Lead architectural reviews and governance for cross‑functional initiatives

Design integration patterns across financial, HR, legal, procurement, and facilities systems
Technology Leadership
-
Architect solutions using platforms such as Workday , Coupa , TM1/Planning Analytics , SAP , and specialized legal/facility management systems

Define data architecture and integration strategies

Establish security and compliance frameworks
-
Lead cloud‑adoption strategies
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Facilities, and IT leaders

Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners

Guide development teams and project managers

Present architecture recommendations to executives
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field
-
10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including at least 6 years across multiple domains (Finance/HR/Legal/Procurement/Facilities)

Proven experience with large‑scale, multi‑domain system implementations
Technical Expertise
Equivalent technologies also welcomed

Workday or similar: HCM, Financial Management, Analytics, Adaptive Planning, integrations
