Travel Companion & Personal Support Contractor BLM & Associates is seeking a dependable, personable, and professional subcontractor to provide travel companionship, personal support, transportation assistance, and general client support. Responsibilities Provide companionship and general personal support to clients Work locally within the community and on approved travel assignments Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, and events Assist with travel planning, organization, and coordination Provide transportation or share driving responsibilities when required Help clients remain comfortable, organized, and independent while travelling Communicate professionally with clients, families, and service providers Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries Assist with other reasonable client-support duties as required Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, compassionate, respectful, and easygoing Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable working independently and one-on-one with clients Comfortable with both local and out-of-town travel Able to maintain a flexible schedule A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills Interested in helping grow a developing business A valid driver's licence and clean driving record are preferred. Experience in caregiving, personal support, counselling, hospitality, transportation, travel, customer service, health care, or related work is considered an asset. First Aid and CPR certification are also considered assets.
