Prognity Technologies is looking for a hands-on GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build, integrate, and deploy production-grade AI Agents, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and Conversational AI solutions for enterprise customers.

What you’ll work on
- Serve as a hands-on builder, taking GenAI prototypes to production-grade AI applications and agentic workflows
- Build and deploy AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases
- Architect and develop the integration layer between Gemini, Dialogflow CX, Conversational AI, Contact Center AI (CCAI) and customer infrastructure
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases, embeddings, structured and unstructured enterprise data
- Develop integrations using Python, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies
- Work with GCP / Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini, Dialogflow CX, and enterprise AI platforms
- Build AI evaluation pipelines, observability frameworks, monitoring, tracing, and performance optimization solutions
- Address enterprise AI production challenges including data readiness, integrations, security, state management, latency, accuracy, and reliability
- Work directly with customers on technical discovery, solution architecture, troubleshooting, and production deployment
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and help take AI solutions from prototype to production
- Identify repeatable AI implementation patterns and develop reusable solutions, frameworks, and technical best practices
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with Python or similar programming languages
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI, or Conversational AI
- Experience architecting and deploying AI systems on cloud platforms, preferably GCP / Google Cloud
- Strong experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, structured and unstructured data
- Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch
- Experience with Gemini, Dialogflow CX, Conversational AI, Contact Center AI (CCAI), or related Google AI technologies
- Experience building multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google ADK is a strong plus
- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, microservices, cloud architecture, and Terraform
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, monitoring, tracing, or LLM performance optimization
- Strong technical discovery, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing engineering skills
- Ability to work independently in a Forward Deployed / customer-facing engineering environment
- Ability to collaborate with enterprise engineering teams and drive autonomous technical delivery
- Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements
