Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders
- Contract administration
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails and other enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documents using Microsoft Office applications
- Assist with data entry and record management, ensuring information is current and accessible
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, filing and other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience that highlights excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with office management software
- Customer service and finance experience
Working conditions
- Full time position
- 36.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 0800 to 1630, Friday 0800 to 1230
- 25 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays
- Annual salary £25,000
