Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead and motivate a team of educators and caregivers to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and community partners to promote trust and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times
- Support staff professional development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance, health, safety incidents, and developmental progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management
- Experience working with children with diverse needs
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and teaching methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to engage children, families, and staff positively
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages learning and exploration
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education is highly desirable
Pay: $43,776.56-$115,226.25 per year
