Overview:
Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced internal medicine APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Martha Jefferson Internal Medicine, located in Charlottesville, VA. This position includes working with an adult population in an established internal medicine practice with 3 physicians and 1 APP as part of your team.
Position Highlights:

Schedule is M-F with some flexibility for a 4-day work week

Average # of patients per day is around 14-18

Care for adults over 18 years of age

Call schedule: Every 4 weeks/1 full week of call

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
