Our role is to act as a trusted intermediary, ensuring smooth communication, efficient operations, and a high standard of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Role Overview
This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s property management and client services operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and documentation, while also maintaining clear communication with colleagues, tenants, and landlords. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential due to the nature of the client base.
Role Responsibilities
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data within property management systems, with confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese Chinese language skills are required, both written and spoken, alongside fluency in English.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Providing a high standard of customer service to both tenants and property owners, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Managing tenant files, records, and related documentation in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
