We’re looking for an Allocator to join our Commercial and Supply team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of Green Goods allocations, working closely with our Category team, stores and suppliers to keep stock moving smoothly across the business.
About the role
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for processing weekly Green Goods allocations to stores and creating supplier orders. You’ll help organise the flow of contracted stock into the business, apply allocation strategies, analyse returned store orders and ensure purchase orders are issued accurately and on time.
You’ll also play an important role in keeping stores informed by maintaining the Allocations SharePoint page and supporting the wider ordering process when needed. It’s a role where accuracy, prioritisation and strong communication really matter.
