Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to client engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Assist in conducting product/service presentations and introductory client calls.
- Understand basic client requirements and support in recommending suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and documenting customer feedback.
- Knowledge of web development (Nice to have : Python & Django frameworks)
- CRM & Web client handling experience. (Client handling experience)
- Lead generation / Deal closure experience and (Nice to have : Data extract)- linkedin or google business.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation activities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Qualification:
- BBA/MBA(preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
