Required skill set
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Good years of Salesforce experience with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) implementation and development.
- Design, develop, and maintain customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and related Salesforce platforms.
- Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications, CRM systems, and external data sources using APIs and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric data solutions.
- Support data governance, security, performance optimization, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.""
