- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 2 years experience in the same position from a Casual Dining
- Knowledgeable in Food Costing, Dining Operations and People Management
- With good leadership and decision making skills
- With good communication skills
- Willing to work at Mall of Asia
- With at least 2 years working experience as Officer in Charge
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Anticipating and responding to guests dining needs.
- Taking customize and detail orders.
- Perform cash audit and inventory.
- Customer Oriented
- Can use MS EXCEL confidently for daily and monthly reports.
- Attention to details
- Hard Working
- Available to work ASAP
