Capitole keeps growing and we want to do it with you! We are looking for a Chatbot & Agentic AI Developer to drive the evolution of our chatbot, conversational AI solutions, and automation initiatives based on agentic architectures. The goal is to build scalable solutions that enable the integration, orchestration, and continuous evolution of AI capabilities (chatbots, workflows, tools, and agents) within a unified ecosystem. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Design and develop chatbots and AI assistants integrated with enterprise systems. Build and maintain agentic workflows using tools such as n8n. Integrate solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (Azure). Implement and optimize LLM and RAG capabilities, including: Incremental data ingestion Chunking strategies Embeddings generation and management Vector search Indexing and retrieval mechanisms Relevance evaluation and troubleshooting Contribute to the consolidation and standardization of chatbot and AI-driven initiatives, promoting architectural consistency, reusability, and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions. Monitor, optimize, and scale AI solutions in production environments. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions. Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations. Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript. Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability services Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus. LANGUAGES: English: Advanced level required for collaboration in an international environment. SOFT SKILLS: Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Ability to thrive in collaborative and international environments.
