Electrician
Responsibilities
- Carry out 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations on student accommodation refurbishment project.
- Install containment, cabling, wiring systems, lighting, power and accessories in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Complete works safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing and inspections.
- Coordinate with other trades and follow all site health and safety procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
- Valid CSCS or JIB card.
- Previous experience as an Electrician, ideally within student accommodation refurbishment and commercial installations.
- Strong 1st and 2nd fix installation experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow project specifications.
- Parking available on site.
