Description
Actuarial Valuation and Analysis
- Perform actuarial valuations of retirement benefit plans, including
- Calculate actuarial liabilities, normal costs, and funding requirements.
- Analyze demographic and financial assumptions such as:
- Conduct gain/loss analysis and experience studies.
Financial Reporting Support
- Prepare actuarial calculations for accounting purposes under:
- IAS 19 / PSAK 219
- ASC 715 (US GAAP)
- FRS 102 and other local accounting standards
- Assist in preparing actuarial reports and disclosures for financial statements.
- Reconcile valuation results and explain year-over-year movements.
Data Management and Modeling
- Review and validate employee census data.
- Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets.
- Build and maintain actuarial spreadsheets and valuation models.
- Support automation initiatives using Excel, VBA, Power BI, Python, SQL, or AI tools.
Consulting and Client Support
- Support consultants in delivering retirement and pension consulting projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding valuation results and benefit plan provisions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in:
- Actuarial Science
- Mathematics
- Statistics
Professional Requirements

Progress toward actuarial qualification (Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia)
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
