As a Packaging Operator, you'll operate and maintain automated equipment, support production changeovers, and help deliver the beverages consumers enjoy every day. We're looking for detail-oriented, mechanically skilled team players who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do for Us

- Execute packaging operations according to established manufacturing standards to maintain consistent line performance and quality outputs.

- Set up, operate, and monitor automated packaging equipment including case packers, palletizers, and related systems to ensure reliable and efficient performance.

- Perform timely changeovers by adjusting conveyors, guides, and programmable logic controls for different package sizes and product specifications.

- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with product integrity and labeling requirements.

- Complete package integrity testing and monitor for defects such as misapplied closures, incorrect codes, or damaged containers, escalating issues as needed.

- Assist material handling by supporting forklift drivers with pallet and stretch-wrapper adjustments and resolving lower-level material flow challenges.

- Maintain accurate reporting through data entry on production systems, terminals, and operator interface screens during operations and changeovers.

- Identify equipment anomalies or process deviations, troubleshoot to minimize downtime, and partner with maintenance and production teams to resolve recurring issues.

- Clean and sanitize production lines and work areas to uphold food safety and environmental standards, including proper disposal of production waste.

- Adhere to all safety practices, lock-out/tag-out protocols, and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe production environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

- Demonstrated ability to work safely and exceed expectations in reliability, teamwork, and quality performance.

- Experience operating and maintaining automated production or packaging equipment, including mechanical and control systems.

- High mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machine sequencing, programmable controls, and troubleshooting processes.

- Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and communicating technical instructions and safety guidelines in English.

- Valid forklift certification with the ability to safely operate forklift equipment in a production environment.

- Availability to work an 12-hour shift schedule, including overtime and flexible shifts as business needs require.

- Comfort using production data systems and human-machine interface tools for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Pay Range:
United States: 44,761 - 55,161 USD
