We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our construction team. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or junior engineer to gain practical experience and develop their career in civil engineering and construction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily site engineering activities.
Support setting out and surveying work on construction sites.
Take site measurements and check levels.
Use GPS and surveying equipment where required.
Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Monitor site work and ensure it follows project requirements.
Work closely with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors.
Maintain site records and prepare basic reports.
Help identify and resolve technical issues on site.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Assist with planning and coordinating construction activities.
Requirements
Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Some site experience is an advantage but not essential.
Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and levels.
GPS setting-out experience is desirable.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Full driving licence is an advantage.
Pay: €29,449.74-€51,635.23 per year
