Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Project Lead & Coach (Fixed-Term Contract until June 2028) and you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to the development and manufacturing of Medical Instruments and Reagent Manufacture and associated processes. This role involves coaching, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The Project Lead & Governance Coach will work closely with various departments, including R&D, manufacturing, quality engineering, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful project execution.
Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate Project & Functional activities as and when requested.

Manage Programmes as and when requested.

Lead and manage projects from concept through to closure, ensuring all project objectives and deliverables are met, on time and on budget

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree education or equivalent experience in a relevant industry.

Proven experience in project management within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, change processes and quality systems.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, governance and schedules.

Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Background in a project management discipline.

Experienced in leading muti disciplinary teams.
