About the Role
This is the first dedicated GTM hire at a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI startup building agents that automate complex system implementations and migrations. You will own top-of-funnel pipeline from scratch, working directly with the CEO who currently handles all of sales, and you will have a clear path into full-cycle deals and team leadership as the motion matures.
What You'll Do
-
Define the ICP and build outbound sequences, targeting lists, and pipeline generation campaigns from the ground up.
-
Wire together the GTM stack: CRM setup, sequencing, data enrichment, routing, and reporting so that outbound compounds over time.
-
Execute the unglamorous work too: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, conference floors, whatever fills the calendar with the right conversations.
-
Run early-stage marketing including content, product launches, and engagement with a developer and open-source community.
-
Run your own discovery calls and demos, not just book them, with a path toward owning full-cycle deals.
What We're Looking For
-
2+ years in a GTM role (SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering) at a startup or high-growth B2B company, ideally in technical or enterprise software.
-
A pipeline you personally built, with quantifiable results to show for it.
-
Experience selling to or engaging technical buyers such as CTOs, engineering leads, or IT leadership.
-
Hands-on proficiency with GTM automation and CRM tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, n8n, or equivalents.
-
Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or data platforms is a strong plus.
-
Experience with developer community building or early-stage marketing is an advantage.
-
Full fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
-
High ownership, scrappy execution mindset, and clear, direct communication.
-
A strong signal of excellence: academic achievement, competitive sport, a notable employer, or something you built.
