Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Engineer to help build a modernized valuation platform and related workflows from the ground up, replacing legacy Excel-based processes with a scalable architecture and improving user experience. In this role, you will work across production maintenance and new design/build workstreams, collaborating closely with cross-functional distributed teams and US-based stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Design build and maintain enterprise web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and Python on the backend.

Modernize complex enterprise workflows transitioning legacy tools into modern digital solutions.

Take strong ownership of features working on complex enterprise custom applications from initial concept through deployment and production maintenance.

Apply a practical adoption of AI assisted development tools into daily development workflows.

Collaborate daily with US stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.

Requirements:

Approximately seven to ten years of software engineering experience or demonstrated relevant capability.

Strong technical proficiency in Vue.js and Python.

Demonstrated experience taking strong ownership of complex enterprise or custom applications.

Practical adoption and hands on use of AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor or Claude Code.

Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a proactive problem solving mindset.
Nice to Have:

Experience with FastAPI.

Experience with commercial real estate or valuation platforms.
