SMILE MOVING & STORAGE INC. is seeking a dependable and organized Logistics Coordinator to support moving, storage, and transportation operations. You’ll coordinate customers, movers, drivers, schedules, documentation, and storage activities to keep jobs running smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential and commercial moves from scheduling through completion
- Schedule movers, drivers, trucks, routes, and storage resources
- Communicate with customers and provide timely updates
- Maintain estimates, inventory records, work orders, invoices, and move documentation
- Coordinate storage assignments and warehouse activities
- Track schedules, move progress, and delivery timelines
- Assist with scheduling issues and customer concerns
- Support safe, efficient, and professional daily operations
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, moving, transportation, dispatch, storage, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate recordkeeping abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- CRM, TMS, dispatch, or inventory system experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
