As Pricing Manager - Advisory at PwC, you will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, supporting high-value bids, and partnering with stakeholders across the firm. What you'll do:

Develop competitive, commercially sound pricing strategies across Advisory service offerings, balancing client value, profitability, and market positioning.

Provide expert commercial support on complex bids, including pricing structures, cost modelling, scenario analysis, market benchmarking, and risk considerations.

Bring clarity to complex pricing decisions by translating data, commercial insights, and financial analysis into practical recommendations.

Influence senior leaders, partners, and pursuit teams through clear commercial advice, strategic recommendations, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Partner with pursuit teams to develop compelling commercial positions using data-driven reasoning, market analysis, and a strong understanding of profitability drivers.

Support the development and implementation of pricing models, tools, and commercial frameworks to improve consistency, quality, and speed of decision-making.

Work closely with the Advisory Pricing Leader to innovate pricing approaches, support the commercialisation of new offerings, and embed disciplined pricing governance standards.

Collaborate with Finance, Risk/OGC, Client Lead Partners, C&M stakeholders, and cross-functional bid teams to ensure alignment, governance, and informed approval processes.

Operate as an individual contributor within a small pricing team, with no direct reports, while staying closely connected to the broader C&M function and Advisory business.
What we're looking for:
Core Skills

5 -10+ years’ relevant experience in strategic pricing, commercial deal structuring, commercial finance, bid support, or business partnering.

Experience working in B2B, professional services, advisory, consulting, or similarly complex commercial environments.

Strong commercial judgement and the ability to bring clarity to complex pricing, profitability, and deal-shaping decisions.

Proven ability to work on complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and time-sensitive bid environments.

Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel modelling for pricing, scenario analysis, and financial analysis.

Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, support high-stakes negotiations, and influence commercial outcomes.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence partners, pursuit teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

A commercially astute, curious, collaborative, and data-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively as part of a small pricing team, while building strong connections across Clients & Markets, Finance, Risk/OGC, and the broader Advisory business.
Desirable Skills

Exposure to digital, technology, consulting, advisory, or broader professional services sectors.

Experience developing or supporting pricing tools, commercial frameworks, or governance processes.
