Job Description
Position Purpose:
Manage all Organizational finances and accounts for India as well as Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Development of departmental budgets and financial reports.
- Invoicing for service using the CRM system and XERO.
- Payroll Management - Conduct payroll of Australian and Indian teams.
- Determine profitability per service, per employee, per billable hour, etc
- Weekly Financial reporting to the CEO
