Program Manager (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a dynamic business operations execution team within a security organization. In this fully remote, staff augmentation role, you will play a critical part in managing the full lifecycle of contracts and purchase orders, ensuring timely renewals, onboarding new suppliers, and providing operational reporting support. You will serve as a key liaison between internal Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams, driving contracts and POs through to completion with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, large corporate environment and brings strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities:

Guide contracts and purchase orders through the full lifecycle to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage

Maintain and update contract and PO tracking systems, ensuring all records are current and renewal timelines are monitored proactively

Track contract renewals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure expiring agreements are renewed on time

Onboard new suppliers by coordinating cross-functional processes and ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place

Partner with Legal and Procurement teams to execute contracts and software purchase orders in alignment with organizational policies

Support the team with operational reporting related to contract and supplier activity, providing accurate and timely data insights

Assist with supplier and vendor relationship management activities, serving as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries

Contribute to continuous improvement of business operations processes related to contract management and supplier tracking
Requirements:
-
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Procurement, Finance, or Supplier Management

5 to 7 years of hands-on contract management and contract lifecycle experience

5 to 7 years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel skills applied to business operations or reporting functions

5 to 7 years of experience with Microsoft Word and document management, including contract review and notation

Demonstrated experience tracking contract renewals and ensuring timely execution of expiring agreements

Proven experience onboarding new suppliers and managing associated cross-functional coordination

Experience working within a large corporate organization alongside Legal and Procurement teams

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

Equivalent combination of education and directly relevant professional experience will be considered

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis

Strong Microsoft Word and document management skills, including contract review and notation

Demonstrated experience managing contract lifecycles and procurement processes within a large corporate environment

Experience supporting supplier and vendor management activities, including onboarding and relationship coordination

Ability to partner effectively with Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive cross-functional processes

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in data tracking and operational reporting
