As a Fiber Enrollment Representative, you will connect directly with customers in the community, educate them about Quantum Fiber's high-speed internet solutions, and help them select services that fit their household and lifestyle needs. Through professional customer interactions and consultative sales techniques, you'll play a key role in expanding Quantum Fiber's presence throughout the Vancouver market.
Responsibilities of a Fiber Enrollment Representative:
- Engage directly with prospective customers to introduce Quantum Fiber products and services.
- Educate customers on the advantages of fiber-optic internet, including faster speeds, reliable connectivity, and enhanced performance for streaming, gaming, smart-home devices, and remote work.
- Assess customer needs and recommend internet packages that align with their usage and budget.
- Verify service availability and coordinate installation scheduling for new customers.
- Guide customers through the sales enrollment process while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide support throughout the sales onboarding experience.
- Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company sales goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and explain technical products in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $56,187.43 - $65,688.09 per year
