Introduction

To support our factory, ASML maintains parts, tools, and packaging materials in warehouses located close to our customers. These warehouses are supplied through a Field Service Hub (FSH).

FSH is responsible for ensuring that regional and local warehouses are prepared to support our customers in the most efficient way. Warehouse facilities include Clean Technology Infrastructure, such as cleanrooms, used to inspect, clean, and pack parts, through which we ensure that customers and factories receive materials of the right quality and at the right time.

Job Mission

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse and supply chain processes by resolving process and material disturbances, providing first-line operational support, minimizing disruptions to the FSH flow and point out structural problems and bottlenecks.

The position acts as a key coordinator within the supply chain network, leveraging process expertise, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify root causes, optimize performance, and implement sustainable solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the role drives problem resolution, supports knowledge transfer and training activities, escalates complex operational issues, and contributes to the overall effectiveness and reliability of ASML’s supply chain operations.

Job Description

Lead the resolution of operational disruptions and material-related issues (MRB) to maintain stable warehouse and supply chain operations.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to address and mitigate logistics and process bottlenecks, minimizing impact on business continuity.

Act as the first point of contact for operational process and material issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.

Monitor recurring operational challenges, initiate preventive actions, and contribute to sustainable solutions.

Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify root causes, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and solve operational challenges.

Provide expert guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen process compliance and operational capabilities.

DOA Root Cause Analysis, administration and reporting.

Education

Bachelor/master’s degree in the field of logistics, warehousing or technology

Experience

-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics environment.

Hands-on experience within a technical production and/or warehouse environment.

Experience in troubleshooting, including problem analysis, root cause determination, and solution implementation.

Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and continuous improvement principles.

Experience in analyzing product and process-related issues.
