Full-Time In-House Photo Editor & Photoshop Retoucher – Wedding Photography
We are looking for a skilled, creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor / Photoshop Retoucher to join our professional photography team in Ludhiana.
This is a full-time in-house office position for someone who understands professional photography and can turn RAW images into clean, natural, premium-quality final photographs.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, professional retouching, colour correction, colour grading, photo manipulation and modern AI-assisted photography workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch professional Wedding, Pre-Wedding, Engagement, Maternity, Newborn, Fashion, Event and Portrait photographs
- Perform professional Adobe Photoshop retouching, including skin, face, hair, clothing and detailed corrections
- Edit and process RAW photographs in Adobe Lightroom
- Perform professional colour correction and colour grading
- Maintain natural and consistent skin tones, colours, exposure and overall image style
- Perform high-quality portrait and beauty retouching
- Remove unwanted people, objects, distractions and imperfections
- Perform photo manipulation, compositing and creative image creation
- Replace or extend backgrounds when required
- Make corrections to wedding group photographs and individual portraits
- Use AI-powered photo culling and editing tools to improve workflow and productivity
- Prepare photographs for albums, prints, social media and final client delivery
- Handle large volumes of photographs while maintaining quality and consistency
- Follow the photographer's required editing style and maintain consistent results across complete projects
- Maintain organised project folders, files and editing workflows
- Learn and adopt new AI tools, Photoshop features and modern photography editing techniques

The candidate should be comfortable learning and using AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, creativity and productivity.
Knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Photoshop AI/Generative tools and other AI photography/editing tools will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with a Wedding Photography Studio, Photography Company or Photo Editing Studio is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience in Indian Weddings, Punjabi Weddings, Pre-Weddings, Bride & Groom portraits, candid photography, family/group photographs and wedding albums will have an advantage.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has a creative eye and understands photography—not just someone who knows Photoshop.
You should understand lighting, skin tones, colours, composition, natural retouching and professional image quality, and be able to consistently produce premium-looking photographs.
Portfolio is required. Please share your best Wedding, Pre-Wedding, Portrait Retouching, Colour Grading and Photoshop Manipulation work
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
