Business Development Manager – Photography
Triple Scoop Photography is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi.
The role involves managing client enquiries, handling leads, understanding client requirements, and converting enquiries into confirmed photography bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries through phone, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Respond to and manage incoming leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Explain photography services and packages
- Maintain and update lead information
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements and bookings
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Work towards defined sales and booking targets
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development
- Experience in photography, events, hospitality or related industries preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good client-handling and follow-up skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Organised, professional and target-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple leads and enquiries
