In this role, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and business plans that position CVO as the leader in cloud storage and data management, directly impacting NetApp’s hybrid and multi-cloud portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a customer-centric product vision and strategy for Cloud Volumes ONTAP, aligning with NetApp’s overall business objectives and cloud-first initiatives.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of CVO, including product planning, roadmap development, and execution in collaboration with engineering, marketing, and partner teams.

- Define and prioritize technical requirements, driving the development of innovative storage and data management features for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

- Work directly with leading cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure product integration and ongoing joint success.

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize customer feedback, usage data, and market analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.

- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position CVO offerings and accelerate growth.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically dispersed team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, outbound product management, marketing, and corporate strategy leaders.

- Promote and evangelize CVO’s value proposition to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders through product documentation, launch materials, and go-to-market support.

- Champion the use of analytics and automation to simplify management and empower users across hybrid multi-cloud deployments.

Job Requirements

- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B cloud technology and storage businesses, with a proven track record of delivering technology products from concept through launch and growth.

Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years in leading and scaling high-performing product teams across geographies.

- Demonstrated strategic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and storage technologies, including IaaS/PaaS products.

- Hands-on expertise with NetApp ONTAP and deep understanding of cloud storage architectures.

- Ability to manage multiple complex projects involving diverse customers and stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills; able to influence and build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset, proficient in leveraging data, market insights, and quantitative analysis to drive product strategy and decisions.

- Customer-focused, with a demonstrated ability to build products that resolve pain points and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias for action and ownership mentality.

Education

- BSc or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field; or Equivalent work experience.
